For those clients who need our on-site IT support, we can offer this too. There are two choices, ad-hoc support, or a 12 month contract.
Ad-Hoc IT Support
This is where we provide goods and services on a time and material basis. We will however need to charge a call out to cover travelling, and where necessary, going and getting parts. If you need help and advice, you will need to contract with us for our IT support services. This is currently only available in the UK.
Contracted IT Support
We look after all of your systems remotely, ensuring all updates are applied, backups are working, and offer help and advice to ensure that all your systems and users meet your business needs. We also grant you access to our help desk reporting software Case Centre Pro.
